1. Data Ingestion
Innovar Designs collects the minimum amount of data necessary to facilitate architectural planning and communication. This "Data Minimization" approach ensures safety for academic stakeholders. We collect:
- Identity Data: Name, Institutional Email, Phone Number (for authentication).
- Technical Data: IP Address, Browser Version (for security logs and analytics).
- Project Data: Specifications, Budget Constraints, and Timeline requirements submitted via the Protocol Terminal.
2. Encryption & Storage
All client data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards. Our database infrastructure is isolated within virtual private clouds (VPCs) to prevent unauthorized vector access.
NOTE: We do not sell data to third-party ad networks. Your intellectual property and research data remain strictly confidential.
3. Third-Party Protocols
We utilize select third-party processors for specific functions to ensure high availability:
- Vercel / AWS: For edge network delivery and serverless computations.
- Google Gemini API: For conversational intelligence (Chat Widget). Context is shared ephemerally and not used for model training.
- Stripe: For secure payment processing (if applicable).
4. Data Sovereignty
You retain full rights to your data. To request a full data export or deletion (the "Right to be Forgotten"), contact our compliance officer at privacy@innovardesigns.com.
