Engagement
By initializing a project with Innovar Designs, you agree to these terms. A "Project" is defined as any web development, infrastructure architecture, or consulting service rendered. Engagement begins upon the payment of the initial deposit.
Intellectual Property (IP)
Upon final payment, full copyright and IP rights of the produced code, design assets, and database schemas are transferred to the Client (Work-for-Hire).
Innovar Designs retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is explicitly requested and signed prior to deployment.
Payment Protocol
We operate on a milestone basis to ensure quality assurance at every step. For university clients, we accept Net-30 terms upon approval.
Liability & Warranty
Innovar Designs creates code to current industry standards. We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty post-deployment. We are not liable for future browser updates, third-party API failures, or server-side issues managed by the Client's hosting provider (e.g., University IT) after the handoff is complete.
